Chief Executive Officer (Forex Brokerage & Crypto Currency Exchange)
We are searching for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our company in the role of CEO (Chief Executive Officer) for Forex Brokerage & Crypto Currency Exchange. The Chief Executive Officer will work closely with the Board of Directors, serving as the main link within the company.
The ideal candidate for this position has previous management experience and a proven track record for effective team management and results-driven leadership.
General Description
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will create values by providing the vision, leadership, strategy and general management skills necessary to grow into a dominant player in the Forex Trading industry. This will include development and implementation of a strategic plan to advance the company’s vision, mission, strategies and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as a company.
A CEO’s responsibilities: Everything, especially in a startup. The CEO is responsible for the success or failure of the company. Operations, marketing, strategy, financing, creation of company culture, human resources, hiring, firing, compliance with safety regulations, sales, PR, etc.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree is required with a minimum of 7 years experience in a senior management position. As chief executive officer, this individual demonstrates critical competencies in four broad categories: commitment to results, business savvy, leading change, and motivating.
Commitment to results: The Chief Executive Officer is a systems thinker who is customer focused and goal driven. This individual identifies relevant information and helps transform this information into individual and organizational knowledge and learning. The chief executive is action oriented and innovative. S/he translates broad goals into achievable steps. S/he anticipates and solves problems and takes advantage of opportunities, is a self-starter and team player.
Business savvy: As a leader, this position requires an individual with knowledge of and experience in management and administration. The position requires demonstrated experience in integrating and coordinating diverse areas of management.
• Knowledge in the following areas is required: human services, finance and personnel; oral and written communications; planning and evaluation; and governance.
• A high level of personal skills is required to make formal, persuasive presentations to groups and to deal effectively with people from all segments.

The specific responsibilities includes:
- Development, review and refinement of the Company’s business strategy, displaying and execution of 3 primary conditions Trend, Range, and Breakout to obtain a leading position in the marketplace;
- Ensure revenue growth is achieved in a responsible and profitable manner; both organically and through successful completion of mergers and acquisitions;
- Working with the management team to satisfy consumer needs, develop and nurture new and existing customers, partnerships, strategic alliances, and other market opportunities;
- Be the chief steward of the Company, ensuring the company is well positioned in the public marketplace., and building relationships and credibility with outside investors to provide necessary resources to fund and grow the Company;
- Be the primary spokesperson for the Company in all interactions with the press, the financial community and the public markets;
- Provide high-level strategic and tactical leadership to the Board and the management team;
- Motivate a high performance, innovative and results-driven organization;
- Develop performance measurements and ensure these metrics are achieved.
