In order to strengthen our capacities in risk managment, we are seeking to recruit:
Main responsibilities:
· The Risk Manager has the responsibility to develop a risk control process designed to eliminate or to minimize risks and potential losses.
· Develop and propose to the Management Board a strategy for risk management policy and procedures
· Review and assess the risk implications of new products and procedures;
· Regularly review the key risk indicators concerning the bank’s efficiency and operational productivity;
· The Risk Manager has the responsibility to coordinate the processes of identification, evaluation and monitoring of the bank’s risks;
· The Risk Manager assures follow up on implementation of decisions taken from the Risk management Committees.
· Risk Manager is responsible for planning and implementing measures for training of new and existing staff on operational risk and information security issues;
· Risk Manager is responsible for the analysis of the general and operational risk reports;
Requirements:
· Degree in Economics
· Master Program in Risk Managment
· 5 years of relevant experience in the required position
· Strong command of English
· Good communication skills, analytical approach to problem solving
· Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of rectitude
