| Job Description: | As Application Engineer you support mainly the European Online Sales team at its expanding European customer base. A talented Application Engineer is sought to complement the existing engineering team to fulfill a role which includes remote technical pre & post-sales support for our Embedded Systems products to Advantech Customers in a B2B environment. Your main tasks: • Technical customer support in the area pre-/after Sales (First-Level Support) • Answer technical queries via e-mail, phone, chat and on our websites. • Provide solutions to customers • Receive, manage and record help desk requests (support tickets) |

| Details: | • Degree in a related discipline and previous experience in technical support (ideally including Industrial PC applications or Embedded environment) • Essential skills: analytic approach, experience in electronic engineering, experience with Windows and Linux systems (installation, configuration, programming) • Fluency in English is required • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Desired skills: embedded operating systems (Windows and Linux), basic hardware design, programming (C/C++/C#, scripting), basic knowledge of cyber security, system oriented approach, knowledge about certifications, industrial regulations send your cv tfosorcimlml@gmail.com |
