Job Position: Invoice Control and Billing Specialist
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Information Economy
Strong Analytical Skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Package
Fluent in English
Knowledge of SQL preferable
Job Summary
The Invoice Control/Billing Specialist is responsible for verifying and entering invoice information into the Company’s internal platform, by demonstrating strong reasoning and reading skills to interpret invoice analysis, in order to correct the discrepancies concerning purchase invoices that will result in accurate payment of checks to vendors on time.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Match purchase invoices by performing various checks to ensure correct billing of the invoices; conducted at regular intervals during the month;
- Identify and handle discrepancies that are involved in purchase invoices by conducting extensive research into discrepancy;
- Follow-up with technical department in order to resolve specific discrepancies;
- Enter purchase invoices into Company’s internal platform to ensure that pricing and volumes of the invoices are correct.
- Provide management with daily status of completed functions.

Terms of Appointment
The appointment will be on a contractual basis for a period of one (1) year in the first instance with the possibility of renewal.
