Position Summary:
Our company is looking to hire a full-time Sales and Operations Representative for Rent a Car Division. This person will be in charge of the development and growth of the division.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Sales / Occupancy of the available vehicles
• Market Analysis (competition, prices, products)
• Paper work (client’ documentation)
• Web platform maintenance (update information)
• Marketing Strategies
• Management of sales agents
• Clients database
• Management of terrain drivers (car handling).
• Establishing and maintaining ties with foreign counterparts
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
A successful candidate should have:
• Experience in international or local “Rent a Car” or travel management companies in management positions.
• Excellent command of English. Every other Language will be considered a plus.
• Preferably graduated in Business Management, Tourism, Management, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Clear judicial, drug and employment records .
• Ability to work in group
• Ability / Ambition to lead
• Very good communication skills
• Result oriented.
• Integrity / Creativity / Dynamism
