Assistant Manager - Finance and Accounts


Job Description:

The position will work closely with Head F&A in managing the entire domain of Finance & Accounts function of the company.

Finance and Accounts functions involve the following areas:

- Accounting:

- Monitor day to day accounting transactions

- Provide accounting solutions / interpretations of new / evolving transactions / lines of business in compliance with Albanian legal requirements / accounting standards etc.

- Banking:

- Manage forex inwards, remittances documentation etc.

- Manage available Fund

- Audit

- Ensure finalization of accounts and completion of audits on time under different laws & internal guidelines.

- Taxation:

- Manage proper compliance with VAT, income tax, social security, corporate tax and other such applicable statutory compliance.

- Prepare documentation and information to be submitted for notices received for assessment and scrutiny under various statutes.

- Payroll:

- Manage company's payroll and related processes.

- Accounts receivable & Accounts Payable.

- Ensure proper checks and timely payment of accounts payable in line with company policies.

- Ensure timely payment collection from clients through timely alerts and prompts to stakeholders.

Reporting:

- Ensuring on time monthly accounting closures and monthly reporting.


- Management Analysis - Prepare scheduled and on demand reports for Profitability analysis, Opex Control, Business Analysis, etc.

You will have:
- Sound reporting and presentation skills
- Have a strong knowledge & experience of working with mobile operators (not mandatory).

Education
Graduate in Finance or equivalent (we will not take into consideration applications that are in process of finishing the degree program (bachelor and/or master).

Languages:
English Fluent both oral and written essential.

Other additional languages are a bonus.

PC Skills:
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft windows products,
Experience with account programs is a bonus

Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail & proven to be a complete finisher
Qualities:
Self-motivated, organized, with initiative and autonomy
Flexible and capable to adapt to unforeseen events
A business driven, results oriented individual who is highly committed to providing a quality service within the constraints posed by a rapidly changing environment.
