Architect or Construction Engineer for Security & Administrative Affairs Department


Tasks

To prepare technical reports related to the reconstruction works, process of configuration, installation works in the existing BKT branches or for those planned to be opened.
To control and monitor the reconstruction works as well as the configuration and installation process in branches or in other BKT buildings.
To prepare projects for buildings rented by the Bank (Network Division) in view of their intended use.
To draw round modification projects of the buildings rented in view of the intended use and in accordance with banking concept, to prepare files for the forecasted costs as well as to prepare relevant documents for the tender.
To be updated about changing of laws, regulations and instructions in the construction field and to report on these changes to the Operations Group Head.
Through periodical studies of market to update the “List of price per unit for the Bank” regarding the construction work, decoration etc.
To monitor the implementation of the conditions specified in the service contracts by the contractors.
In cooperation with BKT branches and Head Office units to prepare technical and financial reports related to the maintenance of relevant premises according to the needs and requirements shown.
To evaluate claims made by branches as well as Head Office units about the construction issues of relevant buildings and to prepare, control and supervise the work process, enabling simultaneously the financial situation of this process.
To identify and analyse the complaints received from BKT branches and Head Office units, to cooperate in resolving them preparing the respective reports
To ensure the draft of the required report on time, to submit for approval to the Manager of Administrative Affairs Department and to enable its delivery to the respective unit.





Requirements

To be a university graduate on Construction Engineering or Architechture.
To be licensed by the relevant Albanian Authority for designing, supervising and implementing in the construction field.
To have experience in the construction field of designing and implementing.
Good knowledge of Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010 and AutoCAD.

To be careful, demanding and well-organized in work.
Be able to travel and to possess driving license.
Capable of preserving work quality while meeting productivity goals. Excellent analytical skills; ability to quickly understand complex problems, integrate new concepts and approaches and recommend solutions.

Successful when operating in an environment that requires teamwork and collaboration.

To have good command of English language (Turkish will be an asset).
