Tirane, ofroj vend pune Ground Operations Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Supervise Ground Handling and Airport Service in Tirana International Airport and/or other stations, by all meaning s of SGHA and IATA standards
· Attend/lead ground handling meetings and assist the Manager for Ground Operations to ensure the smooth operation and safety and security of station Flights
· Attend as a customer service for all AA passengers , and asset them to ticket counter
· Prepare and review daily reports, irregularity and incident reports and take appropriate actions as directed by the Manager of Ground Operations.
· Attend meetings hosted by ground handling companies and airport administration as necessary requested and approved by Line Manager.
· Supervise daily ramp operations in TIA International Airport and conduct safety patrol by specific AA flights.
· Represent AA during incidents and be able to produce detailed reports when requested.
· Promote safety awareness in both internal and external parties.
· Perform duties of Ground Controller (GC) in Operations Control Center such as aircraft departure and arrival and coordinate between flight crew and OCC for in case of any delays
· Monitor daily flight operations relating to ground operations, assist station in special situations requests such as passengers with reduce mobility cleaning, GSE requests etc.
· All above but not limited as will be requested from Ground Operations Manager
Minimum Requirements and skills
· University technical Bachelor’s/advanced degree preferred but not required.
· Minimum of five (3) years of experience in airline industry or ground handling company.
· Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
· Well-groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance.
· Proficient in MS Applications (Word, Excel, Power point)
· English (Proficient)
· Albanian (Business level)
· Italian ( proficient)
Work conditions:
- Working Time in a 8 hours shift bases , and in un normal operations the shift will NOT exceed 12 Hours working
- Working Place : AA Head Quarter Office and Tirana International Airport
- Transport will be guaranteed by company on roster bases
