Essential Skills Knowledge and Abilities
-BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support
- Efficient troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- General Networking skills (TCP/IP).
- Familiar with Microsoft Servers (advantage)
- Knowledge of Windows operating system.
- Driving license, B category
- Minimum 2 years of experience
