DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Constant communication with clients in regard to technical topics;
· To assist current and new clients during the technical onboarding process;
· Launch and manage technical operations of new products and services for existing and new clients;
· The individual needs to report to the person under the role of “Hear of Operations”
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS
Education: Bachelor Degree in Informatics, a Master Degree is an advantage;
Work experience: 2 years work experience in a similar field;
Skills:
· Must be free of any ongoing studies during the period of employment;
· Advanced knowledge in technical operations
· Eloquent persuasive and with a professional appearance;
· Fluent in English (obligatory), any other languages are a plus;
· Great computing skills;
· Great organizational skills in completing tasks with priority levels;
· Great Skills in working with international companies to convert this in a great success for the company and the benefit of all;
· Great understanding in easy legal, statistics and administrative subjects related to work position.
