Eppc on behalf of its client, a leading international brand for warewashing solutions for the hotel and catering sector, is currently recruiting aService Engineer.
Major Responsibilities:
· Responsible for maintaining, servicing and the repair of warewashing equipment;
· Plan the servicing work in advance so the output of the factory is not affected by the service work;
· Make detailed reports on all the work that is done on each machine;
· Ensure that any parts that need replacing are available in stock;
· Work on improving the performance of the machine;
· Conduct safety checks on all the machines or it could prove to be dangerous for the workers working on them;
· Keep an inventory of equipment required for the repair work;
· Inspect all the machines and make reports for the management that whether or not new machines are required.
Requirements for this position are:
· University degree in Engineering;
· Electrical qualification (Must);
· Fluent English (German is an advantage);
· Able to work unsupervised;
· Familiar with computerised logging and job allocation systems, including CRM;
· 5 years of experience in similar works (preferably with single and 3 phase equipment;
· Excellent customer service skills;
· Driver's license (B Category).
