Web Developer – Junior Program Lead
Overall job definition:
The Junior Lead Program Developer will be responsible for running the day to day development of PortaNew web development program. He will primarily be responsible for building the site architecture infrastructure according to the functional requirements and company’s principal philosophy, in cooperation with outsourced foreign companies. He/she possesses advanced technical knowledge for implementing the architecture infrastructure of the site. He/she reports to the Project Director.
Main Responsibilities:
ØResponsible for leading the day to day operational development of PortaNew website. Build the overall architecture website according to overall functional specification.
ØCooperate with specialized companies to use Drupal platform to build an Automated infrastructure with User Generated content capabilities.
ØBuild SEO, Marketing, User Generated tools and other techniques to increase awareness and increase traffic usability.
ØBuild functionality to enable editors to maintains the site with fresh updated, and dynamic content. Provide support when needed.
Ø Hire and manage junior developers according to the needs of the project.

Requirements:
- Education: University Degree in Information Technology or related fields
- Qualifications: Excellent analytical and programming abilities, Familiarity with Open Source platforms, Working knowledge of Content Management Systems, Familiarity with Drupal, Joomla or any other CMS platforms.
- Working Experience : 6 months- 1 Year in web development using HTML, XHTML, PHP, ASP, and MySql
- Language skills: Excellent reading and writing English ability
- Young, energetic and ambitious person willing and able to learn and take management responsibilities.
