Tirane, Job position at Swissmed: SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
• Tracking, analyzing, support and improvement of sales department infrastructure (offers, contracts, distribution, orders and other processes in the department)
• Following the implementation of the contracts from customers, analyzing their relations with the company, raising issues and reporting to superiors
• Controlling and applying pricing to customers under the main price list, promotional prices and contract prices
• To contribute to business planning, to develop the portfolio and channel plans, to the yearly and monthly sales budget.
• To lead and control the Sales team in order to ensure that policies, procedures and activities meet
• To establish with each subordinate realistic sales objectives on yearly , quarterly and monthly basis and action plan.
• To monitor on regular basis, the achievement of sales volumes and revenues versus the yearly budget, in order to suggest the corrective actions.
• Be responsible for the yearly marketing plan and its implementation. Set smart and achievable goals and activities focused on results.
• To monitor the competitive environment in order to identify business threats and opportunities in terms of existing and new clients.
• Appropriate technical skills to conduct market research and interpret market data as a basis to enlarge the activities of the company.
• Develop the products and services portfolio of the company with high quality and profitability solutions.
Qualifications
• University Degree in Biochemistry or Medicine field. It is preferable to have master degree in Marketing or MBA.
• Relevant experience (at least 3) in a competitive environment,
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
• Experience in developing the sales marketing strategies. Experience in a health care company will be an advantage.
• Strong skills in problem-solving
• Excellent knowledge of English Language
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong team work
• PC literate (Fluent with MS Office packages)
