Animator, salary $ 1300


Role: The Animator is responsible for portraying characters that appear to come to life on stage and in all areas of the Park and undertaking other animation roles in the diverse parades and general amusement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performing as character/mascot during parades, meet and greet and other in-park and off-park events.
• Portraying/displaying the mascot’s character based on the story board/script.
• Taking active part in diverse shows and performances as ensemble.
• Conducting costume maintenance including cleaning, minor repairs, basic maintenance.
• Interacting with guests while in costume especially with children in a fun and polite manner.
• Assisting in the development of character being displayed.
• Assisting in the performance of other special duties and projects as needed in support of operational and organizational goals.

Required Education and Experience:

• High-school diploma or any relevant course
• Excellent dancing and body expression skills
• Ability to undertake many different “personalities” and act them out through dance / movement
• Organization and time management skills
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar field.
• Following instructions and procedures
• Adapting and responding to change
• Coping with pressure and setbacks
• Computer literate with experience in using MS Office applications.
• English language proficiency.
