Tasks
· prepare sales action plans and strategies
· schedule sales activity
· develop and maintain a customer database
· make presentations of company real estate products and services to potential clients
· negotiate with potential clients
· maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports, report on sales activities and follow up for management
· respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
· follow up on sales activity
· carry out market research and surveys
· participate in sales events
· monitor competitors, market conditions and real estate product development
· ensure tenants service satisfaction and good client relationships
Education and Experience
· Degree in Economic/ Business
· At least 3 years professional experience, advantage real estate industry,
· knowledge of relevant computer applications
· knowledge of basic business principles
· experience in making presentations
· strong commands of English and/or German as business languages
Key Competencies
· very good in planning and strategizing
· a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
· huge adaptability
· very good in verbal and written communication
· very strong negotiation skills
