MESSER ALBAGAZ, a German company operating in the medical and technical market, is searching to hire:
SALES REPRESENTATIVE - TIRANA
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Organizing the sales activities of the Company.
· Establishing a customer base. Looking for new customers, market research, create active, long-term relationships with customers.
· Overview and maintaining of contacts with existing customers and providing all necessary support. Consulting customers and providing information about existing problems.
· Adaptation of the company strategy to Albanian market conditions.
· Reaching your own goals so as to support company growth.
DESIRED PROFILE:
· Willingness and motivation for continuous learning and improvement.
· University degree;
· 2-3 years’ experience in sales / management;
· Excellent negotiation skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients;
· Technical skills and engineering experience in mechanics and electronics are an advantage;
· Excellent organizational skills;
· Very good ENGLISH, both written and spoken. GERMAN language will be also a plus;
· MS Office, driving license, the ability for intensive traveling in the country;
· Operating base of the company will be in the region of TIRANA.
REMUNERATION/ SALARY: Highly competitive.
