For our Representative Office in Tirana we seek a Business/Assistant. Her tasks would provide support to the Management and Marketing concerning administrative work (secretarial duties, capacity to organize and establish accurate book-keeping etc.)
We require the following qualifications and abilities from a
BUSINESS / ASSISTANT
University Diploma in Economy Faculty
Very good knowledge of English in writing and speaking
Dynamic Personality with very strong ability to communicate
Age between 24 and 35 years
Experience with personal computer (Financial Programs, DOS, WIN, WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT) as user
Experience with personal computer as installer, software adapter
Capacity to work independently and reliably
Experience in secretarial fields and administrative fields
Available to travel within Albania, abroad
