ARCHAEOLOGY SUPERVISOR
· Interface between Construction and Licensed Entity (LE) to ensure adequate arch supervision and monitoring coverage.
· Provide required information to subcontract department to increase or decrease resources from LE depending on construction schedule.
· Provide direction to LE in terms of construction activities and agree on number of resources required and locations required.
· Act as single point of contact for LE.
· Ensure reporting from LE is timely and adequate.
· Coordinate trial trenching activities to ensure required support is provided and activity is undertaken in line with construction schedule.
· Coordinate any chance finds activities to ensure adequate coordination with construction.
· Ensure all paperwork is properly and adequately filled by LE in case of chance finds, stop work, etc.
· Review LE timesheets and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
· Ensure LE is complying with all H/S requirements of the project, including inductions, etc.
· Supervise work of CHFO and provide support/direction as required.
· Good spoken and written English is a requirement.
