FAN Specialist

Duties
· Responsible for the MSAN (Multi Service Access Node) equipment;
· Monitor and analyze MSAN’s network performance;
· Technical support for Operation and Maintenance tasks on MSAN network element;
· Prepare hardware, software and planning data for the commissioning of new MSAN’s on network;
· Handling subscribers trouble tickets related to MSAN network element;

Skills
· Good knowledge of telecommunication network
· Good knowledge in LAN/WAN Network;
· Good knowledge in network configuration procedures like xDSL, WAN Network, VOIP;
· Good knowledge in TCP/IP functionality;
· CCNA certificate is considered an advantage;
· Knowledge for IGMP, H248 and SIP protocol;
· Very good communication skills;
· Very good knowledge of English;
· Available to work overtime when necessary;
· Driving license.

Experience
· Work experience in the respective field is an advantage.

Education
· University Degree in Telecommunication / Computer Science / Computer Engineering /Electronic Engineering. Master degree will be an advantage.
