Brand and Budget Specialist

Duties

  • Establish and update budget expenses according the approved budget
  • Manage invoice data in SAP system through PO & PR procedures;
  • Follow up MarCom expenses and forecast monthly budgets according budget approved;
  • Provide monthly reports with updated MarCom expenses;
  • Follow up signing procedure of MarCom agreements with other Departments;
  • Establish new updates of the MAF, approved procedure of MarCom

Skills

  • Very good communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in similar field

Education

  • Bachelor Degree
