Content Development Specialist
The Content Development team in Egnatium supports the business in developing learning content for trainings, consultancy and our own e-Learning software. Our focus is to educate and improve business productivity in the area of Performance Management, Strategy Management, Competency Management, Experience Management and Learning Management.
Role Description
You will be responsible for developing, auditing and enhancing our learning content. Your responsibility includes but not limited to:
· Identifying the learners needs
· Designing Learning Modules
· Developing Instructors Manuals
· Developing Learners Manuals
· Developing Learning Assessment
· Converting learning to e-learning module format
· Incorporating Instructors and customers feedback to continuously improve the content
Development Opportunities
As the individual gains experience and expertise, his/her responsibilities will grow over time. The Content Development Executive is expected to explore knowledge in different aspects of our management packages and develop relevant content for the learning modules.
The executive could start managing the workflow within the team, constantly contribute to improve the quality of work from the team. The opportunity of interacting with different expertise from our management packages allows the executive to gain different exposure which then prepares them to become a trainer or a consultant.
Desired Skills
To succeed in this position you would require to have adequate competency level for the following competencies:
· Advanced Power Point and Microsoft Word
· Fair Knowledge in designing tools i.e. Adobe Illustrator or(and) Photoshop
· Creative Design Management
· Instructional Design
· New Product Development
