AFFILIATE MARKETING MANAGER


The Affiliate Marketing Manager position involves managing the company’s external and internal affiliate programs through all phases, including brainstorming, launch, maintaining, trafficking, marketing, reporting, optimization and analysis. He/she is responsible for identifying new affiliates program.

Responsibilities:
Maintaining and developing affiliate-marketing programs
Recruiting new affiliate partners
Monitoring affiliate practices
Negotiating and evaluating affiliate-advertising agreements
Maintaining relationships with affiliates and partners
Regularly monitoring campaign performance
Ability to manage the network system is a plus

Requirements:

Knowledge of Excel

AFFILIATE MARKETING


The affiliate-marketing specialist creates a partnership between a website publisher or affiliate and a vendor. This revenue-sharing rapport will allows both parties to make money based on the number of clicks, registrations and transactions. The candidate will manage the relationship between our company and affiliate partners to help drive sales revenue for our company.
Responsibilities:
The primary job of the affiliate-marketing specialist centers on planning, developing and executing marketing programs that support and recruit new affiliates.
The candidate will interface with product marketing, information technology and marketing communications to roll out different affiliate marketing initiatives. Some of these activities include performing marketing research on potential affiliate partners; monitoring affiliates and enforcing company procedures around affiliate programs; reviewing affiliate contracts, nurturing relationships with external vendors, affiliates and partners; and creating campaign reports that show progress and return on investment.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in marketing, advertising or a similar field.
Flexible, team working and problem solving mentality
Project management, website management and strategic planning are a plus
The knowledge of more languages will be an advantage




FINANCE MANAGER

The candidate will contribute to the overall success of the company by effectively managing all financial tasks for the company.


Responsibilities:
The Candidate will perform a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:
Financial accounting and reporting
Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions
Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash
Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting
Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy
Oversee the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure and stored in compliance with current legislation
Payroll preparation and administration
Negotiate and manage the employee insurance and benefits plans
Process and submit statutory and benefits remittances on time
Budget preparation
Establish guidelines for budget and forecast preparation, and prepare the annual budget in consultation with the Executive Director


Requirements:
3 to 5 years of progressive financial responsibility
An analytical approach to work;
High numeracy and sound technical skills;
Dynamic, smart, honest and loyal
Previous working experience in international companies
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Problem-solving skills and initiative;
Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature;
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize;
The capacity to make quick but rational decisions;



GRAPHIC/WEB DESIGNER


Responsibilities:
Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for company logos and websites
Confer with the responsible to discuss and determine layout design.
Review final layouts Research new software or design concepts and suggest improvements as needed.

Requirements:
Exceptional creativity and innovation
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Good knowledge of design software, such as Quark, InDesign or Illustrator plus photo-editing software, including Photoshop.
Accuracy and attention to detail
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
