Job Description
• Focusing on delivering specified projects across a number of sectors
• Specification Sales Manager will be to target and bring in new business opportunities and turn them into delivered projects.
• You will be responsible for marketing the companies’ attractive portfolios of products and maintaining healthy relationships with key existing clients and consultants, architects and developers.
• Consulting and dealing with architects, designers and consultants within the high end commercial market
• Specifications, and this role will suit someone that wants to work for a company with regional aspirations
• Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
• Developing relationships with clients
• Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
• Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
• Maximizing new business development opportunities
Overseeing a sales team
To be a sales manager you'll need to have:
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Good business sense
• The ability to motivate and lead a team
• Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication skills
• Good planning and organizational skills
• The ability to work calmly under pressure
• Good IT, budget and report writing skills. A full driving license
The Successful Applicant
• Require 3 - 5 Years’ experience in sales
• A plus if it comes from Aluminum industry
