Pitupi shpk in Abania is a young company founded in 2015. We produce organic fair trade baby and children's clothing close to Lezha.
Our purpose is to offer our customers a transparent production process. To do this we place our tailors and staff at the heart of our enterprise.

To support the management of Pitupi Albania we are looking for a part time (20 hours/week) staff to start as soon as possible:
Your main duties will be:
If you are interested in working in a young, dynamic and international team you are the person for us.
You should be able to work with minimum supervision, this means it is absolutely necessary for you to be a pro-active person
who is not afraid of taking decisions.
You are going to be part of Pitupi Albania but also be an active member of our small team from Sweden/Germany.
Our language of communication is English and we often work unusual working hours.
We are a young company, we have our goals in focus but there is still plenty of room for everyone to be creative and flourish, start new initiatives,
and bring in great ideas.
Your profile
It would be awesome if you had some (fashion) design/tailoring background and interest in children's clothing but this is not an absolute must.
Also it would be great to have a good internet affinity, including social media. Good knowledge of English and Albanian languages.
Preferable having a car/driving license but not necessary.
All of our team is passionate about sustainable living, preserving our planet, supporting ways to let marginalized groups of people participate socially
and economically.

Your main duties will be:
- Establish a close link with the staff working at our production site close to Lezha, this means of course regular travel to the rural area (at least once per week).
- Monitor output of clothes and be responsible for quality thereof
- Establish and maintain links to relevant stakeholders on local, regional and national level
- Represent Pitupi in relevant meetings/networking events
- If interested get involved in our design processes, be it textile/surface design, technical aspects of pattern making etc.
