“ASTERISK DEVELOPER”
We are looking for an experienced Asterisk developer to extend, monitor, and test advanced VOIP systems based on Asterisk. From soft, feature rich PBX to Telemarketing solutions. The candidate should be able to work well independently within a small team and must be a fast learner, fearless in asking the right questions, and resourceful in finding the right answers.
If you have previously worked with VoIP and have the following competencies, then you are the one we are looking for.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years of strong Object Oriented design and programming experience and 3 years for system administration
· Extensive Knowledge of VoIP and SIP protocol
· Background of Open source Soft PBX (Asterisk/Elastix)
· Extensive experience with streaming protocols including RTP, RTCP, RTSP, RTMP and HTTP
· Expert knowledge of PHP5/PHP7
· Experience in Red Hat system administration
· Knowledge of TCP/IP and OSI layers
· Experience with C/C++, Java, Perl and Python.
· Knowledge of MySQL and SQL
· Ability to create frameworks and API's for use by others
· Motivated to work on both fast-paced and highly engineered projects
· Good English both spoken and written
The following skills would be beneficial:
· Programming with go, gstreamer, ffmpeg
· Knowledge of Kamailio / OpenSIPS
· Knowledge of analog and mobile
· Development background in Asterisk projects is very meritorious.
· Experience with IAX and IAX2
