Duties
- Manage and execute the day-to-day operations of the affiliate and blogger acquisition channels, including managing affiliate reporting, communicating performance to partners, recommending improvements, and providing creative assets
- Communicate with external blogger partners and create and manage blogger promotions
- Identify, evaluate and recruit new affiliate and blogger partners to grow existing program
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Merchandising, Sales, and Marketing to plan and execute promotional and sponsored campaigns
- Work with our development team to communicate and prioritize program technical needs
Qualifications
- Understanding of online affiliate and referral models
- Account management skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, analytical, and implementation skills
- Good computer skills
