[h=2]Duties and Responsibilities[/h]· Designs, develops, tests, implements and maintains solutions
· Performs source code/versioning management function adhering to technical management guidelines.
· Collaborates with project team(s) to define design and unit testing scenarios and scripts in alignment with business and system requirements.
· Leads cross functional application development activities to achieve project objectives.
· Contribute to and maintain a thorough understanding of application development standards, policies, and procedures.
· Ensures application development deliverables are completed on a time, budget, and quality.
· Researches and recommends appropriate application development best practices, and tools.
· Demonstrates strong leadership through team motivation, coaching, mentoring, and delegating.
· Collaborates with developers, QA testers and other stakeholders to deliver quality products
· Ensures that all items follow the change management process and are entered and tracked through the change management software.
[h=2]Essential Qualifications[/h]· Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other similar degree
· 1-3 years of previous programming experience in Microsoft related technologies
· Visual Studio 2012/2013, Team Foundation Server
· Web Forms and MVC pattern
· Microsoft SQL Server Database
· C#, T-SQL, Client Scripting Languages (jQuery, JavaScript, Ajax, JSON)
· Entity Framework
· N-tier architecture
· IIS Web servers
· Web Services, Web API
· Significant experience and mastery of Object Oriented Development and the related design pattern
· Good knowledge on design and implementation of web services (SOAP, REST)
· Microsoft software development certifications
· Experience working with project life cycle and project management methodologies highly appreciated.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to work in collaborative environments and meet deadlines
· Excellent abilities in spoken and written in English language
