Albanian Motor Company is looking for a sales agent who will assist customers with all the required information and try to foster their interest regarding the vehicles offered by the company.
The Sales Consultant reports to the Sales Director.
Position Responsibilities
·Greet customers and show them the existing cars or power watercrafts;
·Explain the features of various models, the manufacturer’s specifications, the type of options and financing available, and the warranty to the customers on the showroom.
·Explain the pre purchase and post purchase period of a sale to the customer.
·Maintain in an accurate and updated database all the required information for the existing clients / prospects;
·Monitor customer’s payment steps;
·Will be in continuous contact with senior managers and will transmit the voice of the customers.
Qualifications and Skills
·A university degree required, a major in Engineering or Business strongly preferred.
·Very good spoken and written English skills a must.
·Should have the tact and the patience to deal with difficult customers.
·Enjoys working with others, has an interest in sales work, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
·Experience in similar positions is desirable but “on the job” training will be provided.
