Globe Williams is searching for a Sales Campaign Manager, for its client which is one of the biggest international companies in the market.

Purpose of the position: Managing all sampling activities and in field sales all over the country & support Supervisors, promoters in field. Organize direct sales in field with regard to prepaid portfolio. Ensure KPIs are reached and report regularly.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the whole sales campaign team, inspect, supervise Sampling activities according the predefined schedule
2. Direct sales in field of prepaid products by following all company procedures related to the process
3. Prepare KPIs and coach his/her team accordingly in order to ensure their target achievement
4. Maintain the coordination between in field and back desk support and ensure process succeed.
5. Supervise the team actions and coordinate the process of SIM registrations
6. Promote the company products and be able to add values to them accordingly
7. Coordinate all the logistic part of activities and create the needed environment of selling product
8. Deliver related reports to the management

Requirements:
At least 3 years of previous experience on the Sales field (Retail sales, advertising, sales promoting techniques and marketing).
Ability to persuade and influence others. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. Very Good command of English and PC literate. High spirit of initiative. Capable overnighting out of home and work along weekends. Driving license.
