Prespa-Invest Company with a long-term experience in investment, development, construction and exhibitions is in the process of recruiting a highly motivated and professional candidate for the Head of Legal Department Position

Responsibilities:

• Providing accurate, timely and effective legal advice to clients.
• Advising colleagues on all legal matters, suggesting courses of action.
• Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations and Getting to know clients and developing and maintaining relationships with them.
• Interpreting and explaining the law clearly to both individual and business clients.
• Preparing all the required legal documentation
• Constantly monitoring national and EU legislation.
• Advising businesses on the impact, interpretation and implementation of new policies and legislation.
• Managing and directing real estate projects of high importance

Professional Experience

• Master Degree in Law
• Understanding of contracts, government regulations, intellectual property rights, patents etc.
• Knowledge of effective file management procedures
• Experienced in business relation with actual and potential clients

KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

Legislation
Independent project managing
Very good knowledge in English and (or) another EU Country
Very good communication Skills
Excellent analytical skills
Good project management and team work
