Megatek S.A., the biggest Do-IT-Yourself wholesale and retail hypermarket in Albania,
is currently looking for a potential candidate for the position of In-Store Marketing Specialist.
Role Title: In-Store Marketing Specialist
Job Objective:
To ensure and monitoring the exposure and composition of products call to action and visibility in each department.
To implement and follow the monthly promotion in store calendar, visibility and call to action
(Gondolas composition, Cross selling points, Promotional Baskets, Design of the shelves).
Duties and Responsibility:
· Ensure compliance with Megatek Merchandising guidelines & standards in the stores;
· Produce Promo layout plans for stores.
· Allocate POS and promotional material (in-store and window) and verify its quality and correct
Positioning & functioning over time;
· Maintain Image of Brand at Retail complying with guidelines to protect Brand Equity;
· Take action to set promotions in agreement with Marketing, Sales and procurement priorities.
· Disseminate knowledge at different store levels regarding product, collections, marketing activities &Special launches.
· Complete facing count and check agreed product display;
· Ensure adequate stock level (check of back stock and periodical stock count);
· Keep regular statistics for the performance of the different zones in the store and come up with proposals for the positioning of the products.
· Keep track and analyze the movements of the customers in the store and come up with proposals for optimizing the areas in each department.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: University’s degree.
Experience: 1-2 year experience in merchandising.

Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
