Job Description
- Following all necessary legal procedures to foreclose the collaterals of the loans under the Legal Procedures,
- To implement the legal executions and collecting transactions of the assets for the files which, already started to be executed in legal ways, arousing from the Bank receivables from the credit transactions, in order to establish the required co-ordination with these units,
- Representing the Bank during court litigations in the court of Districts, Appeal and High Court.
- Representing the Bank during bailiff’s procedures and following the protection of the bank’s position in these procedures,
- Following the procedures in RERO and other institutions or third subject for the collaterals under the execution process,
- Following the process to take in the possess (empty) the collaterals that passed to Bank’s assets,
- Participate at the sales of the movable or immovable goods in accordance with the proxy provided by BKT and the internal rules and following the legal process of selling the properties of the Bank (ex. collaterals),
- To prepare Petitions for Appeals, Decisions for Correction, Complaints for General Directorate, Execution of Debt, and Branches, open and finalize cases for them representing the Bank in the courts,
- Preparing the rent or sale contracts for the collaterals that passed to Bank’s assets, in accordance with the decision of the Asset Sale Committee,
- To prepare in the reports as requested by the Superior,
- To behave in compliance with the regulations and principles of the Bank,
- To make sure that work is completed correctly on time,
- To assume the other responsibilities & routine or special duties associated with the function of Legal Affairs Department as demanded by Superior.
- To own a Bachelor and Master Degree in Law;
- 4 Years’ experience as Lawyer, at least 2 are preferred to be in banking sector;
- To own Advocate License;
- Good knowledge of English Language;
- Good analytical skills in gathering legal information and providing the proper opinion;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Good computer skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Be cautious and responsible;
- Be able to travel outside of Tirana.
