  • [FONT=&quot]Application Environment configuration, deployment and support in order to optimize Software Solutions Operation Process at a controlled and uniform basis.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Building of Production, TestBed and Application Development Environments in on-premises and cloud environments.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of computer and network HW/SW systems.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Follows the ITSM model for Maintenance and Support Lifecycle procedures as they are defined and suggests improvements when needed.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Customer support services upon demand, covering 24x7 requirements. Such agreements include, emergency handling (telephone support, remote services and call-outs to customer premises), low priority problem solving and technical queries support.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Communication with end-users, logging of issues, acting as a first line of support[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Classify requests of support, maintain ticket status (tracking & routing) and produce service level reports.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Build, deploy and maintain systems, network and security infrastructure & applications at both customer and office sites.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Troubleshoot IT systems, and take proper action for normal operation. Apply patches and O/S software updates in cooperation with vendors.Communicationand applying fixes of with 3rd party vendors and CRI’s SW development team Log & report on H/W and S/W problems.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Monitor and maintain acceptable system performance. Investigate bottlenecks and optimization solutions. Maintain system security policies.[/FONT]
