Your Employer Description:
Your employer aims to be the fastest and physically most accessible common people’s lender in Albania.
It aims also to be the most labour efficient and most profitable company in the finance sector in Albania.
It is Albanian subsidiary of International consumer credit company that commenced its operations in Albania in 2015.
In Albania, the company will in next 3 years period serve on an annual basis approx. 50,000 customers, which would mean approx. 300 loan requests per day.
Average time to be spent on loan request, loan decision and loan disbursement is limited to minutes.
Loan products (including the processes to deliver them) are highly standardised.

What will you do?
You will work as member of Management Team, directly reporting to CEO of the Company and working together with Development Team of Parent Company.

You have three main areas of responsibility:
A. Constantly optimise the existing workflow of manual and automatic operations that are necessary to perform the full cycle of lending operations.
Your success is measured by (i) average time spent per loan request until loan disbursement (ii) manual effort spent and (iii) individual efficiency of team members on their work output.
B. Design, test and inmplement new workflows for new loan products together with Parent Company Development team. A loan product is „new“ or substantially modified if either the technical platform or physical location or the procedural steps for applying, checking, approval, contract signing, loan disbursement, loan repayments, reminder, collection and aftersale is significantly changed and customer perceives it as new way of being served. You are an innovator and think together with your CEO, your Albania team and Parent Company’s Development team on how to improve or introduce new loan products.
C. Develop and maintain the Employer’s IT and communications infrastructure (both hardware and software, except CRM) to high level of performance.
Workflow is based on, and supported by CRM software and database, provided by Parent Company. CRM is subject to constant development and is open to your proposals and requests.
To make the picture clearer: you do not work in the area of human resource management, financial management, cashflows management, credit risk management, marketing, advertising, accounting or general consulting. But you provide procedural sceleton and infrastructure for the above.

What are you required to be?
To be successful, you must have strong analytical skills, technological skills and open mind.
You must be a teamplayer. Although you have your area of responsibility, you can seriously deliver only in cooperation with Albania credit experts team and local management and Parent Company’s Development team.
You speak and write fluently English and Albania. Knowledge of Russian, Bulgarian, Romanian languages is of advantage.
You have proven track record on design, development, maintenance of standardised, measurable workflows.
You must be stable and sturdy. Working only a year or two in one place means wasted time both for you and for us.
