Trader Analyst

Responsibilities
- Client Account Management & Back Office Admin duties, recording, data input and reporting
- Liaising with business units & service providers in order to ensure a consistently high level of service to reach and surpass Service Level Agreements
- Undertake administration duties as required/directed ensuring that Company standards and SLA are adhered and performed at all time.

Competencies
- Must be flexible to work in weekends, bank holidays and night work (are mandatory in this position)
- Must be able to work and perform in a high pressure environment
- High standard of written and verbal English, second language Italian is a distinct advantage
- Excellent Communication skills: written and verbal
- Highly numerate and mathematical skills required along with an understanding of probability mathematics and various global betting odds systems
- Technically aware, comfortable working with multiple IT systems, databases and programs
- Customer centric approach to B2B & B2C clients and their requirements
- Solid knowledge, passion for global sports and a knowledge of the global betting market

Translators


We are looking for certified translator in the languages below :
Spanish, German, Portuguese, Polish, Turkish, Romanian, Russian, Hungarian, Dutch, Finnish, Arabic, Croatian, Greek, Moldavian, Swedish.

Procedure annalist assistant
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Knowledge and experience in drafting and compiling documents reviews, manuals and procedures.
- Research and analysis capacities on solving medium to complex issues on the processes and systems of an organization.
- An extensive degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Perform a variety of tasks requiring critical thinking and academic writing.
- Have a solid background in English language, be efficient, organized, have a team spirit, multitasking skills are preferred.
- University degree in Languages (Albanian language included), Social/Political Sciences.


Financial Officer
- A master's degree in accounting or business administration
- 3+ years of progressively responsible experience.
- Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team
- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
- Italian and English language required.
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
- Oversee the company's transaction processing systems

IT Technical Support
- Knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems
- Installing and configuring systems hardware, operating systems and applications;
- Monitoring and maintaining systems and networks;
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
- Replacing parts as required;
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
- Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications;
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
- Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
- Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate);
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time;
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., - Software developers;
- Testing and evaluating new technology;
- Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

Sports Journalist
- Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
- At least 3 years of previous experience in this field
- Evidence of published articles
- A very good understanding of a range of sports betting markets would help you qualify for this position.

Data Entry
The successful applicant will be required to update and monitor Excel spread sheets and also a website management program (training will be provided on the website management system).
Fast and efficient data entry and typing skills are required.
You would also be required to contact clients so a good phone manner is required as the role involves contacting clients.
The ability to speak a number of languages (English and Italian is a necessity) would be a bonus

Tipsters
We are looking for applicants to join our team of skilled and profitable sports betting professionals.
To qualify, demonstration of knowledge of a self-chosen sport will be required, as well as an ability to profit from the available betting markets.
Pay will be commission based and linked to performance.
An ability to write analysis in English and Italian is required and a professional attitude is required at all times.
An understanding of sports betting and sports betting markets is essential.

Receptionist (F)
- Good looking and good personality.
- Minimum 2 years’ previous experience.
- A high level of communicative skills.
- Italian and English language required.


Senior Web Designer
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe suite.
- Knowledge of the main principles of UX
- Italian and English language required.
- Portfolio is needed to evaluate the application.
- Minimum 5 years previous experience.

Art Director
- Previous experience in communication and advertising agencies
- Very good knowledge of image editing and graphic programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash)
- A digital background with experience in implementation of advertising, web or mobile projects and campaigns would be preferred
- Exceptional relational skills, team spirit, creativity, a proactive and curious profile

Social Media Specialist
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media management, especially Facebook
- Having sports as his/her primary hobbies.
- Italian and English language required.

Web Marketing Specialist
- Knowledge of the basics of negotiating.
- Expertise in performance marketing.
- Expertise in direct email marketing.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in internet media buying or selling.
- Italian and English language required.

Business Analyst

- Responsibilities:
• Gathering user requirements, analysing and defining business process flows, and preparing detailed methods and procedures
• Designing, configuring, testing and supporting workflow and methodologies for area of responsibility
• Analysing gaps between existing business processes and best practices in order to recommend process improvements
• Working with users, business and technical stakeholders on defining revisions to existing processes
• Keeps abreast of new and emerging business design techniques and makes appropriate recommendations for their use
• Translates business needs to process, function and data models (develops business specifications) for automated solutions to business problems
• Develops business systems documentation; Liaison with business partner and technology team in quality assurance efforts
Required Skills

Required Experience:

Required Education/Certification:
• Bachelor's degree required


Human Resource
- University Degree, preferable in the fields of Psychology, Social sciences, Economics and/or Law (Master’s degree would be highly desirable)
- At least 3 years of previous experience.
- In depth knowledge of the Albanian ‘Code of Labour’ and the respective HR legal and administrative operation basis.
- Very good communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Ability to adapt easily to various working groups/ individuals of different cultural backgrounds.
- Highly motivated and strong team-working skills.
- Previous call-centre environment experience is indispensable.
- Ability to operate in Microsoft Office Package applications.

Call Centre Agents
- The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess a positive attitude
- Demonstrate a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and deadlines
- Strong analytical, decision making and organizational skills
- Strong sales and phone skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced workplace and a demanding work environment
- Flexible working hours
- Call Centre experience is needed with preference given to candidates with sales
experience
- Must be excellent in English and fluency in more than one language would be an asset (French/Spanish/Italian)

Team Leader and Floor Manager
-At least two years of business experience in call centre or similar environment.
- Preferred 1+ year demonstrated leadership experience. Must have experience managing in a stressful and ever-changing environment.
- Must possess demonstrated coaching/developmental skills
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
