RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST​

BASIC FUNCTION, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This Position is responsible to consult, train and coach on designing, implementing and reviewing competency framework. Audit the cascading of competency framework with Recruitment & Selection, Performance, Leadership Assessment, Talent Management & Succession Planning.

• The position is in Tirana, Albania.
• The position requires extensive travel to Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia.
• Further training will be provided to adopt with the standards of the company.


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS

• Degree;
• 5-10 years’ experience in HR, Talent management, Recruitment and Assessment;
• Trainer & Coach;
• Assessor;
• Speaks Fluent English;
