[FONT=&quot]- Ottima conoscenza tecnica dei seguenti sistemi operativi: Windows XP, Vista 7;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]
- Ottima conoscenza di Networking (DNS, DHCP, smtp, snmp, routing, VPN, etc…); [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- Ottima Capacità di troubleshooting Software/Hardware/Network;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- Buona conoscenza di sistemi Linux;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- Buona conoscenza del funzionamento della telefonia basata su VOIP; [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- Conoscenza del sistema telefonico VOIP Asterisk; [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- Conoscenza dei più comuni sofware di posta: Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Zimbra Desktop; [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- Comprovata esperienza in ambito HelpDesk[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- Esperienza lavorativa non meno di 2 anni;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- Una buona conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- E forti doti di adattamento e flessibilità.[/FONT]
