Forschner Albania is seeking to employ experienced candidates for Logistics Manager Position

Summary of the Job Position

Logistics Manager role will ensure that the our products (calling systems) will be delivered to the right customer location in the right time considering optimal costs for logistics operations. He will be also responsible of transportation, stock controlling issues and warehousing,

Main responsibilities

• Is responsible for controlling daily operations planning sector of Logistics dept;
• Capacity planning in terms of headcounts, materials, customer demand;
• Interaction with client for planning and managing purposes;
• Productivity reporting for plan Forschner Albania;
• Managing and controlling the stock level in the warehouse
• Managing the customer delivery;
• Controlling transportation activities;
• Knowledge of the Customs Albanian laws and Customs regime;
• Controlling material flow in the warehouse and production;
• Controlling that Safety Job Standards are being respected un the warehouse;

Preferred job profile

• University degree (Economic sciences, Information Technology, Engineering sciences, preferred candidates educated in Economic-Information Technology)
• Excellent German language knowledge ( B2 level)
• Experience in Logistics position would be an asset;
• Knowledge of the basis logistics operations;
• High level of Logical and analytical thinking;
• Ability to work in team and being able to promote the job;
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in over time when is needed;
• Very good communication skills;
• Excellent computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office (excel sheets advanced level)
• Good knowledge of English language;
