Civil Engineer, Salary 1250 Euro Net + Benefits, Doha Qatar
Job description: The ideal candidate must be a Civil Engineer with minimum 2 years experience in Construction Industry. Shall be responsible for managing the workers at one/multiple sites, coordinating for daily work completion, preparing site attendance and daily progress report, ensuring minimum wastage and output increase etc. Should be self-motivated and familiar with computers and have good presentation skills. Candidates with experience in Protective Coatings / Industrial Floorings / Passive Fire Proofing / Concrete Repair / Passive Fire Stopping / Water Proofing / MEP project Jobs will be preferred.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering,
- Min 2 years of site supervision experience in construction industry
- Good communication skills in English language
Compensation:
MONTHLY SALARY: EURO 1,250 net in hand
+ Company transportation + Company accommodation (Shared bachelor status)
Food: Expenses to be borne by employee
+Benefits: GRATUITY (21 days of Basic salary per year)
22 working days paid leave for every 12 months of work
Allowance for annual air tickets, as per family status
Workplace accident and insurance coverage in Qatar
Company paid medical treatment coverage through private & public hospitals
Company paid SIM and allowance for purchasing mobile handset
Other terms:
Contract duration: 5 years contract
Probation period: 6 months
Notice period under probation 3 days & after probation 1 month
Return ticket to be borne employee in case of resignation before contract completion
Company will provide work visa and air ticket for joining to selected candidates
