Responsibilities
- Configure, upgrade, setup, and install computer hardware, software, and other equipments such as network routers, switches, phones and Ethernet cabling, DVR Security Cameras.
- Provide technical and desk side user support for software, hardware, network problems.
- Perform day to day maintenance on company Desktops and user problems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software or connectivity problems, accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain and update software and install approved hot fixes and patches.
- Provide individual and/or group instruction and training to users on computer technologies.
- Printer/scanner/photocopies maintenance.
Skills and Qualifications
The qualified candidate must have:
- 2+ year of experience in a similar position
- University Degree in Computers Science
- Good spoken and written English.
