Location: Tirana, Albania
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of all balance sheet open items.
Responsible for accounting of receivables and payables
In charge for maintenance of Fixed Assets module
Depreciation booking in Navision software according to IFRS and tax standards
Payroll accounting
Foreign currency re-valuation
In charge for the the reporting of inventory reports.
Supervising all inventory related activities and stocktaking.
Accounting entries for VAT reverse charges
Preparation of VAT invoices and drafting of tax declarations;
Calculations and accounting entries for imports
Skills:
• Previous experience with Navision would be an asset;
• Very good knowledge of international accounting standards;
• Familiar with tax declarations and main tax treatment;
• Self starter attitude, able to handle multi tasks;
• Organised and systematic;
• At least 3 years of previous experience within an international company;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
