CINEPLEXX International successfully running the cinema with 7 halls in TEG Tirana for almost two years. Actually Cineplexx International is running 17 cinema centres in South East Europe. For our cinema in Albania we are looking for candidate for the following position :
MARKETING MANAGER
Main target and goals :
• Creation and implementation of marketing strategy in coordination with regional head office and the rest of the local team
• Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
• Responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and control of marketing budget
• Developing media plans & media buying within the set marketing budget
• Executing all media activities to the maximum of its quality
• Organizing/planning the premieres and events in order to promote cinemas and movies/activities
• Coordinate the development, production and distribution of print and audio-visual materials as well as other tasks needed for the overall result and marketing team functioning
• Preparing and supervising the production of publicity and promotional materials such as ( but not limited to) brochures, hand-outs, direct mail, leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs
• Active involvement in digital and social marketing
• Selling advertising space in the cinema
• Liaising with media in order to create a media pool of “Cineplexx friendly” journalists and media
• Create and maintain media contact lists, liaise with individuals and media; media relations
• Relevant related reporting
Requirements:
• University degree in Marketing & Communications or Public Relations field
• Previous experience in the same position or in similar positions related to entertainment
• Proactivity and initiative as well as willingness to learn. Open to new ideas
• Responsible, reliable and flexible with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with all levels of staff
• Excellent communications skills in English, spoken and written.
• Computers skills Microsoft office package
