AlbChrome SHPK is looking for a Local Administrator who will work full-time at the Ferrochrome Plant of Burrel.

Summary
The role is a key strategic and administrative management position and has overall accountability for the smooth day-to-day running of the Burrel Ferrochrome Plant operations, as well as ensuring the compliance to and implementation of the legal framework in general and health and safety regulations in particular.

Duties and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the overall development, design, implementation, and execution of cost saving, administrative, logistical and operational processes.
Primary Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Plant Operation, Profitability, Commercial Activities, etc;
2. Develop or/and implement in place regulations, policies, procedures and programs applicable to the plant function and act as liaison with other agencies & organizations assisting or regulating FeCr Plant activity as well as state institutions;
3. Improve plant operating performance; reduce waste and delays; promote cost reductions; and achieve a high level of operating efficiency;
4. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment;
5. Implement strict measures in operating procedures to optimize resource/capacity utilization;
6. Authorize planned preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability;
7. Proactively identify areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools;
8. Assess the training needs of the various employees in co-ordination with the various operational department heads and HR.

Qualifications and Skills


* Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Management/ Accounting / MBA is highly desirable;
* Work experience: Minimum 10 years of managerial experience, with 5 – 7 years in a senior leadership role.


* Skills & abilities: Strong interpersonal & coaching skills; ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization;
Proven budgetary skills, cost control and effective reporting skills; Business development skills;

Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses;

High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation;
Demonstrated commitment to safe working practices;
English fluency and PC proficiency


Commuting Benefits:
- The successful candidate must stay/live at least six days a week in Burrel (Monday to Saturday);
