Aleat Sh.p.k., is an Albanian Joint Venture company of Morpho, previously Sagem Sécurité and the Albanian - American Enterprise Fund (AAEF).
Due to expanding organization and risks in the Information Security area our organization is looking for personnel on the role of:
SUMMARY
IT Security officer is to ensure that the policies of the organization are always implemented and respected and they comply with the latest standard requirements such as ISO 27001.
He/ She monitors the systems and infrastructure of the organization and assures that they are safely secured against cyber crime. Her/his job may also include providing training to employees and customers on how to guard their systems against cyber crime.
Understanding of risk management and mitigation through clearly described processes is a plus.

IT Security Officer
SUMMARY

He/ She monitors the systems and infrastructure of the organization and assures that they are safely secured against cyber crime. Her/his job may also include providing training to employees and customers on how to guard their systems against cyber crime.
Understanding of risk management and mitigation through clearly described processes is a plus.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring the security arrangements in the organization and ensure that the systems are always secure
- Upgrading the security arrangements for enhanced security
- Training employees in the organization or customers in enhanced security measures
- Keeping in touch with the latest developments in the field of systems security and recommending latest upgrades
- Organize the information in the systems such that they are not susceptible for unauthorized leaks
- Keep several indicators regarding the security level of the organization based on several sources
- Prepare guidebooks and manuals on systems security
- Record and follow-up Incidents or security breaches and investigate cause and source of leak
- Auditing on infrastructure(servers, network appliances, …) on the compliance with the security policies
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Systems or in relevant discipline.
- Mimimum of 3 (three) years of experiences in related field.
- Knowledge regarding system security measures.
- Troubleshooting skills in case security breach has been detected
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Excellent analytic skills.
- Versatile on various technologies starting from Linux Operating system and open source products up to Microsoft Operating systems and third party implementations.
- Be able to operate standalone and propose solutions to existing problems.
- Previous experience in the security or ISO 27001 standard is a plus.
- Previous experience in log management solutions is a plus
