Teerana is looking for a brilliant Italian-speaking Business Development analyst to join our Sales & Marketing team. You are energetic, intelligent, full of good ideas and able to grow new markets from scratch. We want you to assist our friendly and hardworking team in getting the word out about our service. As we expand our services internationally, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven person who can combine market research, sales development and account management skills to grow sales volumes from Italian-speaking users.
What is Teerana?
Teerana makes it easy for anyone (primarily online entrepreneurs, but also communities, charities, causes, artists. etc.) to make money and raise funds with custom merchandising (T-shirts, Hoodies, tank tops, etc…) Users design merchandise with Teerana’s help and sell it to their network or advertise it to an online audience. Teerana handles the printing and shipping and gives the profits back to the sellers. It is absolutely free for the sellers to use.

We have already seen an amazing take-up of the service and have big plans for the future. We have ambitious growth plans this year and you can have the opportunity to play a significant part in helping us achieve them.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reach out to potential campaigners in Italian-speaking markets to get them on board and selling with us
- Propose plans for how to expand and sustain Teerana’s presence in Italian-speaking markets (which groups would you approach, which channels/marketing message would you use?). We will also need your help in approaching other international markets.
- Create, execute and refine a local market business development plan
- Engage with the Italian-speaking customer base to understand their needs and provide customer support
- Create local language educational resources and content (Italian-language Facebook group, translate existing educational content (written/video), etc.)
- Investigate new types of audiences which might find Teerana useful - this role is expected to expand beyond just Italian-speaking markets
- Jump in where you're needed - we're a close-knit group and everyone helps each other out!
REQUIREMENTS
- Self-motivated, attention to detail, creative, proactive, well-organized and efficient
- Should take the initiative, pick things up and run with it
- Great interpersonal skills with fluent spoken and written English & Italian (additional languages a plus)
- Experience with social media marketing, Facebook in particular and other platforms desirable. Knowledge of the online Internet Marketing world is desirable
- Sales development experience
- Willing to work flexible hours to meet target
