Java Developer

Communication Progress is seeking a Web Developer that will be part of a team developing software products that will be built using Java/J2EE technologies. The Java Developer candidate must have technical background and experience on web development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, code, install, test, debug and document web applications,
• Design, develop and update databases as they relate to Web applications.

Required skills and experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree,
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE Platform,
• Basic knowledge of Java Web Frameworks like Apache Spring, Struts, JavaServer Pages,
• Basic knowledge of database technology, e.g. SQL, Hibernate and experience with one major database server, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, MySql
• Experience with application servers like Tomcat, JBoss or Glassfish,
• Knowledge of front-end development tools such as CSS, HTML, Javascript and jQuery,
• Analytical problem diagnosis, investigation and solving skills,
• Experience with developing and maintaining web servers in Unix based and Windows VM Operating System,

• [FONT=&quot]Excellent abilities in spoken and written in English language[/FONT]
