With operations in the United Kingdom and Italy, our group has been operating successfully in the area of sports betting for five years. Following our decision to expand operations to Albania, Find sh.p.k is looking for a Team Leader and a Floor Manager who will work full-time at the headquarters of the company based in Tirana, Albania.

Our fast track in-house leadership program will provide the right individuals with full knowledge of our products. With a great location, this call centre is filled with passionate, creative, and energetic people. You’ll work hard, learn, grow and best of all, have a lot of fun in the process.

Position Overview:
Floor Managers and Team Leaders are responsible for mentoring, motivating, coaching and leading a team of Service Professionals, ensuring member satisfaction for all of our clients, helping to establish best practices and maintaining quality control.
This exciting position in our high-touch servicing, fast-paced environment requires an energetic, results-oriented professional to lead a group of dedicated professionals providing call centre services. As a Service Delivery Team Leader, you are responsible for supporting the staff while you identify barriers to success and address these barriers to ensure we are successful in meeting internal targets while exceeding our clients’ expectations. Successful coaching and development our Service Professionals must be your passion as you manage the day-to-day business.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide consistent, balanced and timely performance feedback on service professional performance
• Ensure a positive work environment, continuous learning and a high quality employment experience for your team
• Provide leadership and manage to all operational standards
• Along with fellow Team Leaders, meet and exceed all department goals
• Apply timely performance management standards and processes
• Day-to-day service request management
• Effectively communicate and manage change in operating procedures and processes to ensure staff understanding, retention and appropriate execution
• Coach, develop and engage the Service Professionals to increase their abilities while enhancing their own careers

Job Specific Competencies
Knowledge and Experience
• 2+ years of business experience in call centre or similar environment.
• Preferred 1+ year demonstrated leadership experience. Must have experience managing in a stressful and ever-changing environment.
• Must possess demonstrated coaching/developmental skills
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

Personal Effectiveness
• Ability to communicate, influence, lead and manage self-development and leadership thinking
• Communicate clearly in verbal and written formats
• Ability to drive team results through coaching/developing/mentoring
• Clearly assigns responsibility/accountability for work including following up on these assignments
• Ability to set attainable and challenging goals
Demonstrated ability to build credible professional relationships

• Treats others with respect, develops and maintains successful relationships, builds great teams and collaboration
• Strives to remove barriers for achievement of individual goals
