CCBS is looking for a potential candidate to fill in the vacancy for:
Main responsibilities:
1. Prepares and register invoices in AS400 based on orders from the warehouse.
2. Registers the payment receipts in AS400
3. Prepares daily sales statistics based on daily sales invoices
4. Prepares weekly report for client’s follow up
5. Elaborates the data for preparation of the reimbursement invoices
6. Prepares sales register on monthly base
7. Updates the price list in AS 400 by client
8. Archives all the related documents in his/her office and periodically in the general archive
9. Daily update of the debit/credit balance for all clients.
Skills and qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
2. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
3. Strong Analytical skills
4. Positive Attitude
5. Excellent interpersonal skills
6. Working experience in accounting would be an advantage
