We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Sales Supervisor for our Client.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering Sales objectives from the area of his responsibility
Implements Brand's promotional activities at POS
Maximize effectiveness from Ex Van Sales routes
Manage, coach and guide sales team of 4-5 Sales reps
Skills & Qualifications:
3-4 years experience in similar position working in big multinational or distribution companies FMCG
Proven sales results
Managerial skills, experience in managing sales team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Very good knowledge of the English language
