The focus for this role is to support in the analytical procedures that are performed at the plant

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
• Routine analytical testing/reporting to support all production processes
• Test various samples of food and beverages products in order to ensure their compliance with industry regulations and legislation related to quality and standards
• Perform quality control tests in processing
• Follow Good Laboratory Practices
• General laboratory equipment upkeep/ordering supplies


Position Requirements
• University degree in Chemistry, Food Science & Technology
• Minimum three years of previous experience, good knowledge of food & beverages production processes
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Good knowledge of Italian and English language
